Zint Gelatin can be used to create such favorite recipes as: homemade marshmallows, gummies, pancakes, cookies and fruit snacks, just to name a few.
For the classic Gelatin dessert; combine 1 1/2 Tbsp. of Zint Gelatin with 1/2 cup of room temperature liquid, mix well, then add 1 1/2 cups of hot liquid, mix until dissolved completely, pour into desired mold, refrigerate until firm. Serves 2.
*(Please note gelatin will not dissolve in cold liquids).
