For persons 12 or more years of age other than pregnant or lactating woman. As a dietary supplement take one softgel daily, preferably with a meal.

Children, women who may become pregnant, and pregnant women, should not use more than 10,000 IU per day of Vitamin A except on the advice of a physician.
