Adults and children over 12 years: Two serving daily. Optimally between meals.

Mix 1 rounded tsp with at least 8 oz of water, juice or into smoothie. Stir and consume immediately. If too thick, add additional liquid and stir. Drinking an additional glass of water afterwards is advisable to ensure hydration.

To enjoy while pregnant or nursing, consult a physician before use.
