As an herbal supplement, take two capsules twice daily with food. For best results this supplement should be taken for at least two months.
Contraindications: For individuals diagnosed with BPH (Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy), Saw Palmetto may be of assistance. However, since any change in urinary output could indicate a serious condition, please consult with a health care professional before taking Saw Palmetto. Although rare, some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort while taking Saw Palmetto.
Women should consult with their health care professional before using Saw Palmetto, particularly if taking hormonal preparations including birth control, ERT, HRT, or progesterone drugs.
Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if unusual symptoms occur. Do not exceed recommended dose unless under the guidance of a health care professional.
