Remove protective cap. With head held upright, insert spray nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely 1 or 2 times. Sniff deeply. Repeat up to 3 times daily. Wipe nozzle clean after each use.
Do not put into eyes, mouth, or ears. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your physician. Do not share dispenser. Keep out of reach of children.
