Adults 18 and older: 2 teaspoons (10 ml) before bedtime, may repeat dose after 4 hours; not to exceed two doses in 24 hours or as directed by a physician.
Children 12-18 years: 2 tsp (10 ml) once per day before bedtime, or as directed by a physician.
Shake well before use. For best results, use with daytime black elderberry syrup. Use within 90 days of opening, black elderberry syrup may naturally darken in color over time.
