Take 1 capsule two to three time daily.

Предупреждения

Fenugreek should not be used during pregnancy. Some individuals may experience occasional loose stools. In rare occasions, individuals allergic to peanuts or other legumes may experience allergic/asthma symptoms. Fenugreek may reduce blood sugar levels; diabetic or hypoglycemic mothers should consult with a physician prior to use. Consult your physician if other medications are taken with this product. There are no known side effects for nursing babies.
