Collagen is the fundamental structural protein found in joints, bones, skin, nails and other connective tissues. It is responsible for maintaining the strength, elasticity and flexibility of these tissues found throughout the body.

Our wild-caught marine collagen is made from the skin of deep sea, cold water species and is enzymatically hydrolyzed (broken down) into amino acid peptides in order to assist with absorption and bioavailability. When taken as a dietary supplement, regular consumption of the collagen peptides may provide the fundamental building blocks to help support healthy joints, bones, skin, hairs & nails.

Mix 1 scoop daily (5 grams♦) in approximately 2 oz. of room temperature water or juice. Add an additional 6-8 oz of room temperature water or juice and mix well (for best results, mix in a blender bottle). Drink on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals, or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Avoid taking with other foods containing protein as they may interfere with collagen absorption.
