Add up to 10 drops to your artnaturals diffuser to feel awake and refreshed.
DIY: To alleviate tension, add 5 drops to 2 tablespoons of carrier oil. Massage over stiff muscles.
For clear breathing and overall wellness, add 3 drops of eucalyptus, 3 drops of rosemary, and 2 drops of bergamot, to 2 tablespoons of carrier oil and rub on chest.
